Practical Marketing Skills for SME’s
This is a highly practical skills-based planning workshop. It is suitable business principals, managers and executives. There are three primary objectives for this course:
- Improve your understanding and skills of practical personal marketing techniques.
- Increase your effectiveness in networking and developing in-direct leads and referrals.
- Learn proven methods for developing leads and referrals proactively.
Creating and generating new business contacts and increased market awareness is becoming an increasingly important part of smaller businesses. However, this takes great skill, careful preparation and creation of effective “models” and methods.
Training role-plays will be run at regular intervals during the course. Alternatively, case studies and examples can be used.
The course contains a comprehensive manual and unique personal marketing planning guide, with further support offered after the training.

Training style
The training is very practical and objective. There are very clear and specific skills, models and techniques covered. The goal is on improving things that are already working, not going over old ground. Participants will discuss and plan new approaches on real-life examples taken from their own situations.
